Open Your Door

from by ISRAIN

There is a secret place inside you,
a silent place, a secret that you keep
there is a dark side within you,
a face that you hide
something that you hate
something that scares you
something that hurts you
something that I don't know

let me in... open your door
let me in... forget your fears

what do you think when you look in the mirror?
when you are alone with yourself?
do you still believe to be the perfect one?
do you still believe that only others can make mistakes?
Are you sure? Are you sure?
what do you feel when the voices start to raise?
when the shadows start to dance?
...before your eyes...

let me in... open your door
let me in... forget your fears

now that your certainties seem to fall, now that you are really alone,
now that your pride prevents you from asking for help, asking for help
now that the burden is too heavy to carry alone, to carry alone
I say to your door, open your door and let me in

now that these boundaries became invisible
now that this dangerous line becomes too thin
